Take Your Shot

For this project we were tasked by Fnatic & Kaspersky to leverage the latter’s shirt sponsorship of the esports organisation to create a piece of entertainment that would resonate with a gaming audience as well as drive brand awareness + customer conversion aligned with Kaspersky’s ‘Fearless Gaming, Powerful Protection’ campaign.

We decided to tell the story of Fnatic’s brand new Valorant team, a rag-tag group of amateurs who had recently been plucked from obscurity and thrust into the limelight. Most of them had never played professionally or in-front of a crowd before we joined them, and with the charismatic talisman Jake ‘Boaster’ Howlett at the centre we had a story of having to be fearless and step up when it counts.

The result was a hero feature length documentary which we partnered with Dexerto Originals to release to an audience of millions. Alongside this we planned, designed and delivered a suite of campaign assets across a full content funnel utilising the lead characters from the hero film.
